We couldn't be happier to have our page recognised by the very community that hosts and supports our journey. A huge welcome to all the new members who honor us with their presence by following our page!

Unplug & Thrive was born during a deeply meaningful time in our lives, Mary’s pregnancy and my transition into parenthood. It started as a creative space for Mary to express herself, just as I do, and to share our everyday moments and reflections with those who wish to interact, exchange ideas, and be heard.

As a psychologist, I know firsthand how vital it is for people to build communities and engage in meaningful conversations. We are grateful that MeWe provides a creative and safe space for our thoughts while prioritizing privacy and genuine connection.
